How Clear Aligners Work
To move your teeth from where they are now to where they should be, Dr. Julian will create a custom treatment plan as well as a custom series of clear aligners. Each one should be worn for 20-22 hours a day and for 1-2 weeks at a time. This gives your teeth plenty of time to move incrementally closer to their ideal positions, and the next set will pick up where the previous one left off. Oftentimes, the entire process takes just 12-18 months, which is considerably shorter than traditional braces (which often take two years or more).
